Some houses are just a place to sleep between beach days. 3908 Palm Blvd isn’t one of them. It’s the kind of house you feel the moment you walk in.

Ten bedrooms, one big idea

3908 Palm sits on the oceanfront along Palm Boulevard on Isle of Palms. It has ten bedrooms across three floors, but the idea behind it is simple: the best part of any trip is the people you bring with you.

A private boardwalk runs from the backyard straight to the beach. The infinity-edge pool looks out over the dunes. And inside, every room seems to lead back to the same spot, the one where everyone ends up.

A kitchen built for a full house

The whole house was designed to make getting together feel easy. Not formal, not forced, just ready for you.

You’ll notice it first in the kitchen. It was recently renovated with a crowd in mind: two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens and a prep sink, so breakfast for everyone doesn’t need a schedule. A coffee bar takes care of the morning rush.

The dining table seats fourteen, so nobody gets stuck at the kids’ table.

The art makes it feel like home

It isn’t only the architecture that makes 3908 beautiful. It’s the atmosphere. Walk through the house and you notice the art early: pieces that pick up the blues of the ocean and the soft greens of the marsh, hung where the light finds them.

Some walls are quiet and coastal. Others are bolder, with a burst of soft color that tends to start conversations. Together, they make a big house feel personal, less like a rental and more like someone’s home. Which, of course, it is.

Room to be together, and room to get away

Big houses can feel like a string of separate rooms. This one flows. The kitchen, dining room and great room open into one bright space, so whoever’s cooking stays in the conversation, and the game on TV never pulls anyone away from the table.

There are king suites on every floor and two bunk rooms for the younger crowd. On the third floor, a private suite has its own sitting area, wet bar, Jacuzzi tub and a porch overlooking the ocean. When someone needs a quiet hour, there’s always a place to find one.

Days that happen outside

Indoor living spills right outside. Porches line the ocean side of the house. The outdoor kitchen keeps whoever’s grilling close to the pool, and the hot tub is waiting after sunset.

From the pool, it’s a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The day can go however your group wants, together.

Why Isle of Palms

Isle of Palms has a way of slowing everything down the second you cross the connector. It’s known for its natural beauty, its relaxed pace and its easy coastal charm, the right backdrop for a getaway that feels special but still grounded.

From 3908 Palm, restaurants and shops are an easy walk or bike ride away, and Charleston is a short drive across the marsh when you want a night in the city. Most days, though, you won’t want to leave. You’ll trade schedules for sunsets, and swap “what should we do?” for “let’s just enjoy this.”

Why we love this home

At Southline, luxury means more than design. It means the whole experience.

We care for homes across Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes, and 3908 Palm stands out for how completely it was built around people. The space is generous, but it feels personal. Our job is to protect that feeling: a home that’s ready before you arrive, a local team a phone call away, and the small details handled so the big moments can happen.

“The first time I walked into 3908, my jaw dropped. But what stays with you isn’t the view or the space. It’s the feeling. This house feels like a family reunion. It feels like the trip everyone talks about for years.”
