Occupancy: A maximum of 10 overnight guests is permitted.
Pets & Smoking: Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Gatherings: Parties, large gatherings, and receptions are not permitted. The property does not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding groups, youth groups, student groups, fraternities, or sororities.
Parking: A maximum of four vehicles is permitted at any time. Street parking and parking on landscaped areas are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighborhood quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pool Access: Guests do not have access to Kiawah Island resort pools.

The beach is just a five-minute walk away, with world-class golf, tennis, biking trails, and island recreation nearby.

Guests have a private entrance with easy self-check-in and parking for up to four vehicles in the garage and driveway. While resort pool access is not included, visitors can enjoy Kiawah’s beaches, bike trails, golf courses, racquet sports, nature programs, and many other outdoor activities. Historic Charleston’s dining, shopping, and attractions are also just a 40-minute drive away.

A vehicle will be the easiest way to get around Kiawah Island and explore the surrounding area. Guests will be in walking distance of the beach access path and also may enjoy biking around the island’s scenic trails, but a car is recommended for everyday transportation.
