One of the home’s standout features is its well-equipped kitchen, stocked with many of the supplies used by the professional chefs in the family. The kitchen also features a hand-painted mural by a local artist. Open to the dining and living areas, this welcoming space makes it easy for everyone to cook, share meals, play games, or simply enjoy time together. (Both drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are available for guest use.)

The enclosed porch offers a comfortable place to unwind throughout changing coastal weather. EZ Breeze windows let you adjust the space as temperatures and breezes shift, while a ceiling fan—controlled by a remote kept in the living room—adds extra comfort. Settle in with a morning cup of coffee, enjoy an afternoon conversation, or watch the sky fill with color at sunset.

Each bedroom provides a comfortable place to recharge after a day on the island. The primary suite includes a small walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a seated shower. The bunk room is especially well suited for families, featuring a full-over-full size mattresses and an extra-long twin trundle underneath. A recessed ceiling fan and multicolor light, operated by remote control, add a fun touch to the room.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, prepare dinner on the grill, and gather in the open living and dining area for conversation, entertainment, or family game night. Each room has a TV available with streaming service access (AppleTV).

A pathway near the entrance of the Beachside neighborhood leads to the community’s convenient beach access, placing the sand and surf just a short walk away. Guests may also enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool, tennis court, and pickleball court. The unheated pool is generally open from April 1 through October 1, weather permitting.

Restaurants, shopping, recreation, and entertainment are all within easy reach. The property is centrally located, just a short walk or bike ride away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and other local dining favorites like the Co-Op, the Windjammer, or Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Spend your days enjoying the beach and island lifestyle, or take a day trip into nearby Charleston to discover historic landmarks like the USS Yorktown or South Carolina Aquarium or enjoy shopping along popular King Street and the City Market.

This charming beachside area offers easy access to the sand, along with a community pool and tennis court. Guests can easily walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shops, grocery store and local attractions while still enjoying the peaceful setting of a classic island cottage community.

Guests will enjoy a private entrance with convenient self-check-in, covered and driveway parking for up to three vehicles, and seasonal access to the community pool.

We recommend bringing a car for the easiest and most convenient way to explore Isle of Palms and the surrounding Charleston area. While the beach and some nearby shops and restaurants may be reached on foot or by bike, a vehicle is helpful for grocery shopping, dining, and sightseeing beyond the immediate neighborhood.
