The Hands Behind Every Home

Every home in the Collection turns over on a Friday, or a Saturday, or the odd Sunday. Between guests, four to seven people move through each property — housekeeping, laundry, inspection, maintenance, sometimes a stager for the photos we owe an owner. None of them are hired by a call centre. They’re local, they’re named, and they’ve usually been in the same home more than a dozen times.

We say “one accountable partner for the whole home” a lot. What it means in practice is that the person who noticed the porch light was out on Thursday is the same person who tells the electrician about it on Monday. That’s a small thing. It’s also the whole reason the homes we manage age gracefully.

Owners will hear from us before they hear from a guest. That’s the deal.
